Summary:

Cold Atmospheric Plasma is air at ambient temperature that has been brought into the 4th ‘plasma’ phase by adding electricity to it. This plasma once absorbed by water becomes plasma activated water (PAW) or plasma activated water vapor (PAV) which is used for effective efficient cleaning in food and agriculture without the use of added chemicals. The objective of this development is to enable the sustainable usage of this technology to be used in Food and Agriculture.
